This is a Hotel Resort with 3 luxury bedrooms with full kitchens. There is a bath house, Sauna, 3 Pools, hot tubs everywhere.
If you use the hotel resort mod, you can set the property as a restaurant or bath house and a hotel
It is mostly CC free, I put some CC fish in one of the pools.
