This mini resort has lots of shopping. Bath and Body Works, Clothing shop. Ice Cream Shop, Starbucks, Pizzeria, Bar, Ice Skating Rink, working carousel, and 2 Condos upstairs
I use the vacation resort mod so It can be any type lot and a hotel, I have it set to restaurant because my favorite thing to do in vail is eat pizza
