Gram cracker Crust
1 bag of dark chocolate chips
1 can sweet condensed milk
Splash of vanilla
4 egg yolks
Can of coconut pecan icing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Melt chocolate and milk together, I use a whisk till it is smooth. I have used the stove top and the microwave, both work fine.
Add vanilla and egg yolks. whisk more.
Pour it into pie crust and bake for 30 minutes.
After it is completely room temperature, or cold in the refrigerator, you can spread topping on without destroying it.
It is also good with cherry pie filling as topping and probably all kinds of other toppings, if you do not like coconut and pecan. =)
Once I put marshmallows on top and made smore pie
I like to warm it up a little to eat it, it is super rich =)
